DEGO PLATFORM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a
legally binding agreement between you and Dego Technologies Sdn. Bhd.
("Dego", "we", "us", or
"our"). They govern (A) the access or use of the Dego mobile
application and related services by Customers ("Users") and
(B) the provision of transportation services via the application by independent
Drivers ("Drivers"). By creating an account, accessing, or
using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
be bound by these Terms.

Affiliate Program |
Optional referral program governed by separate Affiliate T&C. |
Wallet |
In‑app balance for holding payouts (Drivers) or credits (Users). |
Service Region |
Geographic areas in which Dego operates, as listed in‑app. |

9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, and
software belong to Dego or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or
create derivative works without written consent.
10. Privacy & Data
Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance
with our Privacy Policy (available in‑app). By using the Platform you consent
to such processing.
11. Suspension &
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for
breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Outstanding
Wallet balances may be withheld pending investigation.
12. Disclaimers &
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as‑is"
without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dego
shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) RM500 or
(b) the total Platform Fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Dego, its affiliates, officers, and employees from all claims, damages, and
expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
14. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time by
providing 14 days’ notice via email or in‑app notification. Continued use
after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law &
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of
Malaysia. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, they shall
be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
