Cancellation Fee |
If a user cancels a booking or order before 1 minute of a driver or delivery person accepting the booking or order, a Cancellation Fee of RM0.00 will apply. If a user cancels a booking or order after 1 minute of a driver or delivery person accepting the booking or order, a Late Cancellation Fee of between RM1.50-5.00 will apply depending on the service and circumstance. |
Waiting Fee |
If a user does not reach the designated pick-up location within 5 minutes after the driver has arrived, a Waiting Fee between RM0.45-0.50 per minute will apply. If a Service Provider requires more than 45 minutes from Time of Arrival at a Pick-up Location to leaving the Pick-up location for a Buy or Run request, Waiting Fee of 0.50 per minute will apply. |
Excess Weight and Dimensions Fee |
If Item(s) booked for motorcycle delivery are greater than 10kg in weight or dimensions are larger than 38 x 38 x 38cm an excess fee of RM5 per additional 10kg is applicable and RM5 per additional 10 x 10 x 10cm is applicable. If Item(s) booked for car delivery are greater than 50kg in weight or dimensions are larger than 50 x 50 x 50cm an excess fee of RM5 per additional 10kg is applicable and RM5 per additional 10 x 10 x 10cm is applicable. |
E-Wallet Activation Fee |
RM30.00 for first-time Dego service provider accounts only. Redeemable as Wallet Credit only for 1st 12mths from date of payment and expires as payment for e-wallet activation fees to Dego. |
Account Closure Fee |
RM20.00 or the remaining balance on the account if less than RM20.00. In certain cases, you may not close your Dego account, including: - To evade an investigation. - If you have a pending transaction or an open issue, dispute or claim. - If your Dego account has an outstanding balance. - If your Dego account is subject to a hold, limitation or reserve. Applicable to all Dego user types and accounts. |
Inactivity Fee |
RM10.00 per year or the remaining Dego wallet balance on the account if less than RM10.00. If your Dego account is inactive for at least 12 consecutive months, we may charge an annual inactivity fee. Inactive means that you have not logged into your Dego account or otherwise used your Dego account to buy or book any services with Dego on the funds you have deposited into your Dego wallet. Applicable to Dego user and service provider accounts only. |
Service Fee |
10 to 20% per transaction. Applicable to user, merchant and service provider accounts only. 30% per request. Applicable to the Transfer of Dego Affiliate Program Commission Fee earnings for user and service provider bank accounts only. |
Delivery Fee |
RM1.00 per additional km with motorcycle. Base fare of RM4.50. Minimum charge starts from RM5.00. RM1.05 per additional km with car. Base fare of RM5.00. Minimum charge starts from RM8.00. Toll and additional charges are not included in the fixed fare estimate. |
